Patterson’s Jamboree supports Brockville General Hospital’s Palliative Care Program

The Brockville and District Hospital Foundation (BDHF) recently received a $2,000 donation from the Patterson family. The funds will support Brockville General Hospital’s Palliative Care Program.

Each July, the Patterson family organizes an amazing week-end of country music at their farm in Domville. Campers, and new visitors, coming from as far away as Sudbury,  North Bay and lower New York State to enjoy a weekend of music. With so much talent, musicians and walk-ins jam with others in the Patterson barn, which has a stage, a 30‘x40’ dance floor and a loft for the silent auction. The weekend long event culminates with a barbecue dinner.

Pictured here accepting the cheque from Audrey Patterson (right) is BDHF Board Chair, Heather Halladay. Looking on are members of the Patterson Family (back l-r): Dwayne Patterson, Brenda Kelly, Laurie Bell, Melanie Patterson and Wayne Crate. Missing from the photo is Don Bell.
