District 8 Road Supervisorsí Association Donates to Eastern Ontario Hospitals

On June 6th & 7th, District 8 of the Association of Road Supervisors (AORS) raised an astounding $35,000 at their tradeshow in Belleville, ON in support of local hospitals.

The following hospitals were gifted with $5,000 each:

•           Brockville and District Hospital Foundation

•           Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation

•           Belleville General Hospital Foundation

•           Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital Foundation

•           Lennox & Addington County Hospital Foundation

•           University Hospitals Kingston Foundation

•           Smith Falls Community Hospital Foundation

The Brockville & District Hospital Foundation (BDHF) was one of the lucky recipients, and a photo-op took place for the District 8 Road Supervisors’ Association’s cheque presentation on October 25th, 2018.

Prior to the cheque presentation, the District 8 AORS identified that they wanted their gift of $5,000 to go towards a needed hospital equipment item. Brockville General Hospital quickly noted that the medical/surgical units required an extra portable vital signs machine.
