Trish, a local within the community, is a name familiar to many and widely recognized for her contributions with United Way of Leeds and Grenville. Over the course of her career, Trish has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of strategic plan recommendations and has provided operational leadership to various organizations. Notably, she played a pivotal role in leading the United Way of Leeds and Grenville to achieve six consecutive years of fundraising growth and target achievement. This remarkable accomplishment showcases her ability to inspire teams, cultivate donor relationships, and execute successful fundraising initiatives.

As a seasoned professional in marketing and fundraising, Trish has spearheaded transformative efforts for high-profile not-for-profits across North America through multi-million-dollar brand, marketing, and communications programs. She possesses hands-on experience in proposal and business plan development, partnership management, operations oversight, fiscal stewardship, direct marketing, website development, social media campaigns, grassroots efforts, and media-intensive projects.

Trish has also demonstrated outstanding client services leadership, driving growth and implementation on major accounts, and played a pivotal role in leading significant Request for Proposals/Funding Proposals to support revenue growth for organizations.

We welcome Trish as the new Executive Director for the Foundation, who is well acquainted with the community and brings years of experience in the non-profit sector,” remarked Joan Simon, Interim Executive Director.
