Parkedale Pharmacy Owners Mark 25th Wedding Anniversary with $25,000 Donation to Your Health Your Hospital Campaign

Brockville, February 7, 2024 — In a heartfelt gesture marking their 25th wedding anniversary, Harsh and Kanisha Patel, owners of Parkedale Pharmacy, have made a significant contribution of $25,000 to the Your Health Your Hospital MRI/Equipment Campaign. This generous donation highlights their commitment to the well-being of the Brockville community.

Having called Canada home for nearly two decades, the Patels have resided in Brockville for the past decade. Their decision to support the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation stems from a genuine concern for the accessibility of healthcare services in their beloved community. Reflecting on conversations around their dinner table, the couple recognized the pressing need for an MRI machine in Brockville, where individuals often face long waits or extensive travel for essential medical care.

As they commemorated this milestone in their marriage, Harsh and Kanisha chose to forgo conventional anniversary gifts, opting instead to direct their resources towards enhancing local healthcare facilities. Their donation not only celebrates their enduring love but also embodies their deep-rooted commitment to fostering a healthier community.
