In the month of December, our Foundation office was graced by the presence of some wonderful members of the Pharmacy team.
Their purpose?
To unveil a magnificent painting crafted by none other than Rasha Sarhan, the Pharmacy Manager and Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacist at Brockville General Hospital. Rasha, in pursuit of a creative outlet during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, discovered her talent for painting.
The masterpiece she presented to us depicts the serene landscape of Dow’s Lake. It now adorns our office walls, serving as a constant reminder of the invaluable support we receive from our generous donors.
This artistic gesture was not just a display of Rasha’s talents; it was a heartfelt token of appreciation for the donors who made it possible for us to acquire a Liquid Packager. This device has revolutionized their workflow, enabling the Pharmacy team to accurately and efficiently package oral liquids in unit dose syringes.
Thanks to the unwavering support of our donors, the daily tasks of the pharmacy department have been made easier. As we gaze upon the picturesque Dow’s Lake landscape, we are reminded of the positive impact that comes with the collective effort of our dedicated team and the generosity of those who believe in our mission.
