Under One Roof Motown Celebration Dance (NEW)

: Brockville Country Club – Granite Room
Event Details: Dance the night away to live Motown music provided by Pauly & the Goodfella’s. This is a night of thanks to everyone who helped the Foundation surpass its goal of raising $20 Million for Brockville General Hospital’s Redevelopment Project.  Event includes: light snacks, cash bar and prizes.
Tickets will go on sale in early spring for $35.00 each.



1st Annual Ride the River Cycling Fundraiser – In Memory of Dr. Donald Smylie (NEW)

Event Date: POSTPONED TO MAY 2021
Event Location: Brown’s Bay 1000 Islands Parkway
Event Details:  This event is being organized not only for the serious cyclist; but, also for individuals,  families and teams to enjoy a bike ride along the Parkway while raising funds to purchase needed  medical equipment for Brockville General Hospital. Riders can choose from a 5 km, 25 km or 65 km ride with funds being raised through individual pledge sheets. There will be free parking, rest stops, snacks, road side assistance, free lunch, entertainment and prizes.
Cost to participate: $100 per family; $50 per individual
To register: On-line registration will begin mid-March.



12th Annual Heart & Solstice in Support of Brockville Cardiac Rehabilitation Program

Event Location: This event is taking place at Rosemary Sexton's Thornton Cliff Estate. Address to be provided on reverse of tickets.
Event Details:  For the past 11-years the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation’s prestigious Heart & Solstice Event has raised funds for Brockville General Hospital’s Cardiac Rehabilitation Program.  The Cardiac Rehabilitation Program is a customized program that assists patients in getting their life back following a cardiac event, such as: bypass surgery, valve repair/replacement and stents, among other procedures.  Patients receive: counseling in exercise, nutritional advice and tips from the BGH dietitian; diabetes education and assistance with stop smoking. 
Tickets are $125 each and will be available for purchase at Kawartha Credit Union in early spring.


 

27th Annual Friends of Palliative Care Golf Tournament


Event Date: Wednesday, September 2nd, 2020
Event Location: Brockville Country Club
Event Details: The Friends of Palliative Care Golf Committee will be hosting its 27th Annual Golf Tournament to raise funds for Brockville General Hospital’s Palliative Care Program. Over the past 26 years, this event has raised over $3,700,000 for palliative care.
Cost to Participate: $275 per golfer for non-BCC members, $225 per golfer for BCC members.
